1. What Banderas del Fútbol is
Banderas del Fútbol (banderasdelfutbol.com) is an online game: every contribution stretches the virtual flag of the chosen team. Flags and signatures are drawings on the website; there is no physical flag and no product is delivered.
2. What you pay for
- Each contribution adds to the chosen team's virtual flag the centimeters shown on the website at the time of payment.
- Contributions from the level shown on the website include a signature (a short text) written on the flag.
- Payments in Argentine pesos are processed by Mercado Pago and payments in US dollars by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
- Contributions are voluntary and non-refundable, except in case of a charging error.
3. Signatures
- Football banter and typical stadium taunts are allowed: they are part of the culture.
- Threats, references to rape or murder, racism, nazism, other people's personal data, links and advertising are not allowed.
- We may hide any signature that breaks these rules. If that happens, the centimeters you contributed stay on the flag.
- Donors can create a recruiter link with a nickname. The recruiters table only shows that nickname and how many donations came through the link. Nicknames follow the same rules as signatures and we may hide them.
- The size and position of the signature depend on the space available on the flag; it can always be read in full by zooming in.
4. Teams and trademarks
This website has no official relationship with any club, league or federation. Team names are used only to identify them, and the flags are simple designs using their colors.
5. How it works
We do our best to keep the website running at all times. If an approved payment is not reflected on the flag because of a technical problem, we fix it as soon as we detect it (the system checks payments automatically).
6. Privacy
We only store what the game needs: the chosen team, the amount, the signature and the Mercado Pago or PayPal transaction number. We do not store your name, email or payment details.
